Held in January each year, Bet Tzedek’s annual fundraising dinner raises a significant portion of our annual budget.
Leading law firms, major corporations and hundreds of individuals support the gala event to ensure equal justice for the most vulnerable members of our community.
Bet Tzedek honors two individuals and an organization at this dinner through prestigious awards: the Luis Lainer Founder’s Award, for an individual who has demonstrated longtime support of Bet Tzedek; the Jack H. Skirball Community Justice Award, for a staff member or members who have shown extraordinary commitment to Bet Tzedek clients; and the Rose L. Schiff Commitment to Justice Award, for an organization’s outstanding pro bono work.
