“For those who are still working, the big question is – what happens if I get sick? Can I still make my rent and pay my bills?

Sebastian Sanchez, an employment attorney with Bet Tzedek, said many workers don’t get enough paid sick time to get through that quarantine period. ‘It really puts a lot of workers at risk when they are unable to receive benefits that cover extensive absences that are required under a situation like this,’ he said.”
