The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles
6505 Wilshire Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90048
In response to concerns surrounding the recent immigration policy changes, The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles and Bet Tzedek will be holding a training session for individuals who are interested in volunteering with Bet Tzedek’s Family Preparedness Project. These clinics are held throughout Los Angeles County and pair parents with someone who is able to draft a Caregiver’s Authorization Affidavit on their behalf to safeguard their children’s enrollment in school or authorize medical treatment in their absence.
Due to security reasons, registration is required to attend the training session.
Once you have been trained to help families with these forms, you will then be able to volunteer at various Family Preparedness Clinics locations throughout the city.
